HOW WE WORK
Sourcing
We source our wheat from the North Indian local farmers directly. We ensure the quality of the wheat by inspecting it for impurities and pests. We also test the moisture content of the wheat to ensure that it is within the optimal range for milling.
The wheat is cleaned in a five-stage process. First, it is passed through a destoning machine to remove any stones or other foreign objects. Then, it is passed through a descourer to remove any remaining impurities. Next, it is passed through a vibro separator to remove any light particles. Then, it is cleaned with magnets to remove any ferrous particles. Finally, it is washed to remove any dirt or debris.
